Hey, anybody who is into audio as much as I am the I assume the rest of us here are, is a fair owner in my book. I'll take the highest bidder, if it comes to that. Or whoever is willing to replace the pads, cause they are quite worn out :'( But they still sound very good. DT990 pad wear-down is quite common, unfortunately.

Whoever wants it more will get it. Unless you wanna do a coin toss?

I'm interested in a 4th headphone and though I don't remember anything about the DT990, I know it goes for a hell of a lot more than $100 lol. So that's why I'd be interest in a demo or two.

Definitely looking forward to hearing that Sonett. Not that I'm in the market for another tube headphone amp, but it should be interesting to compare the sound from that transformer coupled design versus the Crack which is OTL.

It's always a pleasure listening to some Grado headphones. I don't own a pair but they always bring something unique to the music.

The DT990 Pro's on eBay go for ~$120-$100, depending on condition. I would happily take $120 for them without hesitation. I think anything less than $140 is fair, considering the soundstage, comfort, and especially bass you get out of DT990's. Sibiliance was my issue and is why I upgraded, but to some it may not be a huge deal. The biggest 2 drawbacks of my 400s are soundstage and mainly, bass - but it's not so bad. I like my 400s

I'll be there with a MicroZOTL2 and the prototype Linear Power Supply, ZMF Omnis, and TH600s. If anyone is interested I can bring my portable bass setup: X3 (first gen) + Cayin C5 + JVC SZ2000s. Geek Pulse X as a DAC, and I guesssssssss if you reeeaalllly want to reach around the MicroZOTL and plug into that because you're curious about it as an amp you can do that, but I can tell you now that the much better amp is sitting in front.
