Understood but not possible; the closed are always way harder to build and at this price there's no way... The AEON Flow Open does provide a degree of isolation, more than any other Open headphone we make. It's sort of between a typical fully open and closed design in that regard.

You attach a small magnet to the side of the headphone, super easy and lets the mic detach.

@mrspeakers Sorry to be off topic here, but it looks like I can't make a thread somewhere else. I've never thought about closed headphones being way harder to build before. Why is that the case?

The load of the cup makes it harder to match drivers and yields are lower.

Thanks! I'll be ordering this mic, and then I'll be able to rock out either open or closed back with my Hel, LCD2, or AFC. Everyone on my Microsoft Teams meetings will be so jealous of my fancy cans.
