I'm considering an all in one option. I've been interested in this K17 or the K9 AKM version. I can find the K9 AKM on Amazon US but not Canada. I cannot find the K17 on either site. Unless there are other really good all in one options out there.

Depends on your use case and budget. There are a number of options, but nothing quite as feature rich as the k17. Haven’t heard myself yet so I can’t speak to SQ

Hi, sorry, K17 was a hot seller and is now out of stock. I think we still need to wait about 3~4 weeks.

It's just a shame it has no DLNA support. It would be perfect unit. I'll give a try anyway. Combination with Wiim Pro might work.

Is Roon best way to get max SQ ?
I suppose using it with AirPlay or BT connection you can’t have the best sound right?
I come from an XA02 that I would upgrade

yes, ROON will be better in SQ and easy to use.

DLNA is not so stable , we dont wnat to have so many complain about DLNA , we had tested lots of device which supports DLNA but all is good enough to installed in K17.

Wifi password with special character still doesn't work.

Additional info. Current network encryption is on WPA2/WPA3 Personal. I switched to pure WPA2 Personal (while using the same password with special character) just to try if the K17 will connect, no good - still won't connect.


BT pairing mode (straight out of a Reset All) - still doesn't go to pairing mode!


K17 at one point was stuck on PO+PRE and UH

Even after multiple Reset All - still stuck at PO+PRE and UH. This is when I also noticed that BT pairing mode doesn't work.

I had to turn off the unit using the AC power switch. This is the only time the unit was back to normal operation (I'm on PO and M)

Overall I think the hardware is magnificent but it does need some firmware fixes ( it is freezing for me in a few places where I have to switch it off on the back ) and software updates (FiiO Control and the Custom PEQ editing capabilities). With Roon is is fantastic but it is a pity there are not more streaming options.

I'm sure I will give it a try. Still waiting to be in stock here in Czech Republic. Currently I have Matrix Audio Mini-I pro 4, which I like very much but mising EQ. Looking forward to compare both units side to side.
