Ok so i just went out today and bought a pair of D2000 and when i took them off i had to lay down because the room was spinning...
Could this be because i was listening at full volume unamped? would crossfeed help?

Why would you need to listen to those at full volume o.o geez thats bad, maybe it was too loud? or your sick?

D2000's are too good to make one sick.

I put them down for a while and it went away, (and yes i was actually dizzy) i just put them back on for about 20 mins and stood up after taking them off and it came back although not as bad as when i was listening at full volume for hours (iphone volume).

Sounds like someone was listening too loud.  Also, the D2000s have some very sizzly treble.  It would kill your hearing real fast depending on how loud you listen.  If you're anything like one of my friend's, then you're probably listening too loud.
