My impressions of the Envy + APX SE are out now:

"At the end, I started a small test to see how well the Envy performs with IEMs. To do this, I first switched to low gain, of course. I was very surprised when I connected the PMG Audio APX SE for the very first time and could almost only guess at the very minimal noise in the background, which was no longer audible after the first few quiet notes. The Envy produces less noise than the Niimbus at the lowest gain level, amazing! And when I heard the latest Soen album through the APX SE, I was immediately blown away. The iBasso full stack consisting of DX320 MAX Ti + D16 + P5B5 sounded so insanely good that I couldn't imagine any improvement. But far from it. The Envy gives the APX SE even more wings compared to the PB5. It sounds so spacious and with even fuller mids that take your breath away. This is an IEM that can compete tonally and technically with Susvara, Immanis and the like, with no ifs or buts. Another example of how the APX SE has ushered in a new era in the IEM market. The APX SE and the Envy form a Polish dream duo!"

@piotrus-g is there any possibility to crack my APX SE and turn it into a CIEM? :D

I can guess the answer already, but I can't help but ask

If I may answer because I asked him this a while back - the answer is that it's too tedious/difficult to do as a lot of the design is dependent on air volume calculations.
