Any "earbuds" or "sleeves" on eBay or Amazon that fit Sony, Sennheiser, Phillips, etc will fit the RE0.  (Sleeves for Ety, Westone, Shure will NOT fit RE0). 
 
Comply T400 are foam that will give a bit more isolation from outside noise.

Sony Hybrids and Comply T-400 foam tips are great for the RE-Zero in my experience.
