THE DAY IS HERE
Craft Ears Aurum Meteorite Limited Edition In-Ear Monitors are a unique and limited release, featuring faceplates made from the Münionalusta meteorite.
Discovered in Sweden over a century ago, this meteorite is estimated to be over 4 billion years old and offers a tangible connection to the mysteries of the cosmos.
With only 40 pairs available worldwide, these monitors are a rare and precious find for audiophiles seeking both exceptional sound quality and a cosmic aesthetic.
Crafted with cutting-edge technology and exceptional artistry, the Aurum Meteorite Limited Edition In-Ear Monitors deliver a one-of-a-kind sound experience, inspired by the heavens.
Yes, it's the same Aurum y'all know and love. The difference is the use of the meteorite slices for the faceplates.Same configuration as original Aurum?? Or are there changes in the drivers/tuning?

Thanks for the answer, without a doubt Aurum seems very interesting, I recently discovered its existence and I like that there are European products that aim at the high end with a price that is not exorbitant, I will keep track of the craft ears brand waiting for new releases, I for one would like to see an Aurum II with quad EE
Thank you for your kind words. As @productred mentioned it's not always about the number of drivers. It's a matter of the volume of the IEM. You can stuff only so much in there. Crossover, drivers, waveguides, our proprietary SES 2.0 and True Load. As a designer, you have to decide what is the most important for the sound. For example, we would never trade SES 2.0 for more EST drivers, as the benefits of using SES 2.0 are much bigger.

Nice photos! We like them a lot The Aurum is also my fav in terms of tuning. Neutral, but fun if you know what I meanMy CIEM Craft Ears Aurum arrived yesterday!
So far, IMO, the IEMs sound more detailed than Craft Six and Craft Four. Really great tuning, absolutely love Dancing by Vicky Vale on these.

I liked the Aurum and SIX but ended up purchasing a different set back then. I would love to see a new model from CE soon and see if it hits the spot for me
