if you connetct the player to computer while listening it automatically stops playing and goes into mass storage device but yours went into loop update, that's strange. Try to reset the player, press and hold for 6 sec volume +/-. Maybe you have faulty microSDcard?
I often listen to music while charging but I use just regular USB charger and never had any problems

I was using the player (as playing music)  connected to headphones and then the battery was getting low and so I plugged the player by usb cable that was connected to my computer.

Go through the reboot steps that @AndrewPL posted. I had my P1 go wonky on me once and the reboot sequence fixed it.

The reboot process fixed the problem and now I know to use the a straight USB charger not the computer when listening to music.

Still ove this player especailly with new amp burning in from RSA Blackbird SR-71B  on a blannced cable. Great soundstage and the HE-400I sound even better.

Thanks for the help guys.

plenue m2 can't turn on! i try with hold + and - bottom for 2m but nothing happens

Someone idea?, only led blue

If the screen is turned off while the product is turned on, the LED will blink blue. Try to connect it to the computer, since even trying to reset, nothing happened.

if i connect my pm2 on computer the led color is '' blue sky '', the led never blink stay turn on. 4 hrs and nothing happens

Does the computer recognize M2? If so, sometimes it's worth trying to format the internal memory.
