  Sonotones are back in stock.

I'd order a pair tonight but I'll be out of the country soon and I'd rather not have them sitting outside in the elements while I'm gone. I'll have to order a pair before returning home.

Interesting timing. :) I fried a pair this morning by accidentally installing them on the wrong side.  I thought I had checked carefully, but apparently not.  This morning the Sonotones weren't available on ALO site.  I found an eBay seller that has quite a few, selling them in lots of 5, so I ordered some.  I tried to order PCB's this morning and the Sontones this evening, but I am getting an error from the site.  I'll have to give them a call tomorrow.

Question about the Mullards
Are the ones that where on the ALO site 6021 or 6112 (the text says 6021 but the picture says 61120
Do we have more details about in what Mullard factory they where built?

got the sonotones in my CDM and love every bit of it.
took it to an audio show last weekend and it could handle every headphone I threw at it. wonderful little toy.
also let the guy at one stand try it and he was shocked by the quality his LCD3 then had...

Has anybody rolled the Mullard 6021s?

Only the 6112, sorry.

I listened to the new wa8 this week and I was very impressed. Cdm is great but the Woo was very very pleasing as well. I hope to get one for review soon, I should meet Jack next month

Anyone have any idea where I can find the Mullard 6112's online? I'm looking to try them in the CDM but I can't seem to find them anywhere. This is my first time buying tubes so I'm not sure where to look, but a general Google search has gotten me nowhere so far.
