Slightly different because the body shapes are not the same, but the ear tips themselves are the same. They feel great!

how much were the Lou reed versions and is it the same thing as the X10i's? The only problem I am facing with my X10i's are that the strain reliefs are splitting a bit, would they replace mine on those grounds?

They are pretty much the same thing as the normal X10i except for the spiffy paint job.
 
There is a pretty good chance you will be able to get your X10i replaced on those grounds.
