I'm really doubting between these two. They have the similar design but I don't know wich have the best price-quality.

If you intend to use the headphones for music I suggest that you look for something better. Something by Sennheiser, AKG, Audio Technica etc...

Haha! Well, I prefer good sound from something ugly to bad sound from something nice looking.
 
How about Sennheiser PX100-II or PX200-II? They look okay and are portable.
 
For AKG you have K518LE/DJ. They look okay and with some slight modding (removing the extra layer of foam from the earcups) they sound pretty good. I also like the K420.
 
Audio Technica has got stuff like ATH ES55, ES7 and ES88, as well as the WS55 and WS70.
 
 
There are other portable headphones, but these are the ones that I'm familiar with and can recommend.

Philips CitiScape Downtown offer a similar design, but sound much, much better.  Pioneer STEEZ 808s offer adjustable bass, style, and great overall sound (although not that comfortable).  Two alternatives if you still want design.

have a look on Marshall major and audio technica ES series, they might not be fashion trendy look, but they look unique.
