Is the C3 meant to have a mind of its own when charging from the mains? It turns on automatically and random buttons are pressed automatically while charging, odd.

yes it does that it also lets you select some stuff for a few seconds as explained here, I might as well link the post as it is about the unit
also does a bit of skipping around, though I never bothered to see what it was doing apart from the initial selection chance.
Maybe someone else can add to this.

I don't think we should be hating on the new hisound DAP player here. Also the c3 has a mind of its own as far as driving headphones go - for instance, it can drive something like the gr07 semi decently besides its 50-ohm impedance, while something like the brainwavz R1 sounds great and a lot better straight out of the c3

I'm still really impressed how long the battery lasts on C3. The little thing just keeps on going and going and.......

Can someone confirm this is the same charger they received from bigbargiansonline? I got one with my CK4. I know some people are saying they're cheap but I like it. It has a green light for charging which goes out to say the charge is complete. Also, when I tried my regular 5V wall charger with CK4+ I came back 5 hours later and it still charging. :eek: So I thought I better try the one bigbargains provided. After swapping over the unit was charged within 10 minutes,.

Obviously the other charger I had was not providing enough power or amps.

Is this the same some guy's got with your C3?

I got the same one but with uk pins, i use it for some other stuff and not had a problem.

I think it's cool. The green light is great, no need to keep checking the player constantly.

The reason I ask, is because I want to use with C3 too.

Havent used it with the c3 to be honest probably be fine but still not worth the risk when i have so many of the things from amazon sony etc around the house. the light thing is cool though.

yup seller big bargainsonline for me, fidelity can chime in with the other seller that was a touch cheaper but wouldnt ship to uk.  Both ebay.

from the get go from big bargains, i got charger, 2 pouches, ear buds, and a a spare longer cable.  pouches fit it perfect as well.  Shipping time was just under a week.
