I wish I can advise you better. But I have no idea how ZS 10 Pro sounds like. You know your IEM best so if you think it is well balanced and not already very sparkly then FC3 will work perfectly
Its bright V-shaped from what I remember. Probably best to use it with a warmer source.

Seems like quite a bit of movement in the 5 stars category @OspreyAndy. X1 got knocked off?
As more dongles come in, all sounding great, the contest for 5 stars are very very tight. Only the very best will remain as they were. I conducted an even more exhaustive A/B and with much heavier load on them like driving two different Magnetic Planars and thus you see some of the ranking adjusted to reflect the results

Can any of these dongles (CX-Pro Audio CX31993 & iBasso DC03) work as a desktop dac, connected to an integrated amplifier over 3.5mm to 2 RCA cables?
Yes they can. The ones with the higher SNR will serve the purpose great. DC03 will be perfect. For myself I use DC04 now on my laptop and without even using any other amp because my laptop USB 3.0 power + 4 Vrms of DC04 is more than enough to power my Tin HiFi P1 at 20/100 volume, desktop level fidelity

Have you had problems like this with DC03:
The best mobile DAC, when turned on, exposes the balance to the left side. I swear with the manufacturer, the problem was acknowledged. It's weird that the rave reviewers didn't notice...
Hello,
This is a driver issue. We have reported this issue to the USB receiver chip provider, Bravo HD. We are waiting for a fix from them.
Sincerely

The Windows drivers I used from the official site: https://ibasso.com/dcseries2/ all good with none of the symptoms you mentioned. Both DC03 and DC04.

DC04 now officially replaced my Topping D10s/A50s laptop rig
