WiiM Mini is an Airplay2 streamer, supposed to be lossless. And most of my music is Apple Music. So SQ is the same as wired. I didn’t hear any difference. How does Wiim Mini sound on Mojo 2? compared to wired connection?
WiiM Mini is very small, and Amazon sells them on sale for $70 sometimes.
They also have WiiM Pro which will have Roon support soon. But it’s $150.
This dd-HIFI cable (MFi09S) has been mentioned a few times before by other members but the price of 70 euros I felt was steep ... but I eventually caved in and bought one ... my most expensive USB cable purchase ever !
I can see now why it is so expensive ... its construction is stellar with lots of shielding and the data part is Litz pure silver.
I no longer use the MOJO2 connected to a computer ... it's too noisy and affects the sound, particularly treble. This cable with an iphone or iPad is perfectly noise free (to my ears) .. finally revealing the great SQ of the MOJO2.
EDIT: I also like the Moondrop KATO IEMs as a good pairing.

Wiim with standard PCM over Toslink is lossless.
Never tried it with DSD, don't like DSD, and any DSD I have, gets transcoded to PCM on the fly by my player.
The software needs a bit of work, but for the money, it is excellent.
Mmm ... worth considering ... TOSLINK to MOJO2 maybe superior to USB ?Well Wiim is lossless, but Airplay2 is not! all of the time.

Is Airplay2 better than Bluetooth tho ?
Sometimes, if you have a ground loop issue, otherwise no.Mmm ... worth considering ... TOSLINK to MOJO2 maybe superior to USB ?
Yes, but LDAC-BT is very good too,Is Airplay2 better than Bluetooth tho ?
Apple does not support LDAC. AAC only.

Hi, I hope you are well
Consider me stupid, but I have a simple question.
I have a laptop and a Mojo 2. I connect the Mojo 2 to my laptop using the provided USB cable.
How can I listen to music using the headphones and IEMs you can see in my signature, wirelessly? I want to walk around inside my house and listen to music from the Mojo 2, which will stay on my desk and connected to my laptop. Is this possible? If so, how I can achieve it?
Thank you for your patience
PS: I do not want to buy a Poly

Hiby r3 pro has been used for mojo source transport for some user here. Hiby even makes a usb c to coaux cable for r3 pro to mojo connection
Thanks for your reply but I have asked something different. I do not want to buy a DAP. I am asking this:Hiby r3 pro has been used for mojo source transport for some user here. Hiby even makes a usb c to coaux cable for r3 pro to mojo connection
Is there a way to listen to music using my Mojo 2, which will stay on my desk, and I will wear any of the IEMs/Headphones you see in my signature and listen wirelessly or via Bluetooth, while moving around inside my house?
If you will tell me that I need Bluetooth headphones, okay, let's assume I have the HIFIMAN Ananda-BT or something equivalent. Is it possible to listen to the Mojo 2? I want to bypass everything and listen to the Mojo 2. I want the sound of the Mojo 2 to arrive on my headphone, without any other signal processing. Is this possible? If so, how?

Not possible. The mojo outputs an analogue signal, not the digital signal that you need for wireless/bluetooth.Thanks for your reply but I have asked something different. I do not want to buy a DAP. I am asking this:

Yes, AirPlay is much better than Bluetooth, but please try optical, it’s better than AirPlay and better than usb from iPhone or iPad. You really should try.Mmm ... worth considering ... TOSLINK to MOJO2 maybe superior to USB ?
