Anybody linked the SHANLING M1 to Mojo

From what I've read it has BT receive & transmit functionality so can act as the DAP feeding the Mojo over USB connection from the player itself (with its built-in microSD card) but also used to receive BT to the Mojo from a Mobilephone? So for Spotify Extreme & Tidal Hi-fi offline/streamed files could deliver over Bluetooth without SQ loss ?

Might buy one myself to test out.

That will do. I'm no Apple fanboy. Lived through earliest days of Apple, owned some of their first computers but never cared for iTunes and don't care for their current AirPods. Just wondering? What wireless headphones/wireless streaming devices that seamlessly function together you've found that handle DSF and 192kHz music files?

Chill out chap. I never accused you of being an Apple fanboy, I merely pointed out that your statement could confuse some readers of your post.

I prefer wired connections, so I do not use wireless streaming or wireless headphones.

Just realised there is loads of info in the M1 thread regarding M1-Mojo so will ask my questions there.

I'm not pursuaded by any of these Heath Robinson stack set ups. Been there done that with stacks and wires and RF. Who needs the hassle. If the Poly works as promised with the form factor etc I'll be buying one.

Yes, still have my Poly preorder but this is cheap & small and just want to have a play with a DAP again while also being ideal for stacking with the Mojo.

Currently no wireless headphone operates at hi-res. The highest resolution currently available is with Sony LDAC, which is only on a small number of Sony headphones and players.

If I was connected to the Poly via Wifi on my iPhone, and my phone was on LTE, would my phone get useable internet?

Alternatively, would I be able to save offline Spotify tracks to the Poly?

I for the life of me cannot tell between 16/44 or anything higher, so that part I could care less about.

totally depend on your music source, DAC, amp, headphone and/or speaker. you will hear the different trust me, or go to local Hi-fi store take your music with you and let them show you higher res music on their system. this will blow your mind! trust me :)

I won't consider paying $599 for this one, if it doesn't even have galvanic isolation.

Galvanic isolation is by far the most important feature to me, when considering the next Chord product.

I think a galvanic isolation module is actually being designed for mojo right now, the price on that one will be interesting for sure.

Offline tracks form any streaming service is DRM protected, can not be played by Poly itself.
So just save offline tracks in iPhone, and stream to Poly via Wifi.
