wow. I just got the Moondrop Chu in. These sound really good.

For me it is:
#1 CCA-CRA+
#2 Moondrop Chu
#3 CCA-CRA

My ranking would look the same. CRA+ and Chu are balanced better with a sweeter body and midrange.

Here's my excessively long review of the CCA CRA+, you've been warned.

What about the CCA CRA+ do you think is better than the Moondrop Chu? :)

anyone could compare cca ca16 to cca ca16 pro? if i have ca16 without pro is it worth to upgrade to pro version?

eventually ca 16 pro vs isn h40
I didn't have those two, but most people said that CA16 and CA16 pro have very different tuning.
CA16Pro is not improved version of CA16, but a cca version of latest KZ iem at the time. i forgot which.

anyhow, some still waiting for true successor of CA16.

They are cca version of kz zas

Yes, I remember Paul's video. The KZ ZAS and CCA CA16 were so close it wasn't funny. CCA CA16 was smoother with less aggressive mids. Also more of a mid-bass focus, so warmer. So if you like the CA16 for it's more relaxed tuning, I'd pass on the CA16 Pro. If you want an upgrade to CA16 then the TRI Meteor or Tipsy TTROMSO are good choices. :L3000:

At $80~$100 you could get one of the trio, Aria/TitanS/Olina.
Or get Meteor or Legacy 2 if you want multi driver.
Or Tinhifi TA1 Max if you are on smaller budget.

KZ is dominant at $50 below, but near $100 market?
You'll started to see the budget variant of midfi mainstays
