How can i use it with phone ?Here is my EQ of the CCA CRA
I started from tgx78 settings but I tried to make it more neutral-ish. Basically more conservative bass boost and more tamed treble and air.
It's my first time playing with PEQ so feedbacks are appreciated.
You can download the project file at the bottom of my post, I have used the free software ddc-toolbox for it (can export to APO and DDC file)

You need an extension that can use DDC files like viper4android fx or James DSP.How can i use it with phone ?
The filters on the CRA looks extremely fragile. I always have bad luck with filters. Any recommendations with replacements that wouldn't alter the sound much? What about tuning foam?

Forgive my ignorance, do these replace what's there or just stick on top/behind?

That particular mod is replacing the stock filter. As an alternative if your stock filter is destroyed as it is quite fragile.Forgive my ignorance, do these replace what's there or just stick on top/behind?

Been enjoying the CRA quite a lot lately. Been using them at the gym and for walks paired with the UTWS3 and they have effectively replaced the IE300 for those purposes. I still like using the IE300 for work though, since they are more comfortable and more low-key.
Tuning is so well balanced and FUN. Amazing detail retrieval for $15. I really like the Moondrop Quarks too at around the same price, those are more neutral sounding, but these even outperform them.
The stock tips are ok, been using small Spinfits and the fit is way better/snug.
I actually think these outperform the IE300 as well lol. Seriously...What?
Edit: there's something about KZ IEMs and the Ifi Hip DAC. Just incredible, perfect synergy together. My previous ZAX and now the CRA sounds absolutely amazing ran balanced through the Hip DAC using Dunu Duwu-02 cable. Incredibly musical, analog sounding. With great soundstage, separation, and imaging. Very good detail and resolving capability. Super engaging and fun. Adding xBass makes it an even nicer treat.
This actually makes a very nice endgame budget rig lol.

I really think this is a good cable for the CCA CRA.

I’m pretty sure @tgx78 has the same cable on his.
Great build quality and sound. Seems to open up the soundstage and give further extension to the bass and maybe to the treble as well.

Looks like there is a new CCA CRA+
Looks like they went for a more flat response.

Has anyone tried using KZ IEMs on a fiio Q3? I'm currently not sure if I should buy a Fiio Q3 or an ifi hip dac.
Yes nice case.Gotta the love the case the cable comes with.
I use it to protect my hidizs ap80 pro, with dh80
InvisibleInk
Headphoneus Supremus
I bought the hip-dac to replace my previous version of the Q3 (Q1 Mk III), because the Q1 was under-powered for driving my over-ear headphones and the TinHiFi P2.Has anyone tried using KZ IEMs on a fiio Q3? I'm currently not sure if I should buy a Fiio Q3 or an ifi hip dac.
Beyond the hip-dac, I am seriously considering the Dethonray Honey H1. I know I want it, but so far the hip-dac is holding its own.
