Is it smaller the the RU6? Because the ads seem to emphasize its proportions?

Ru7: 66 x 24 x 12 with 25gr
Ru6: 65 x 25.4 x 13.7 with 28gr
Almost smaller and definitely lighter

This may be an instant buy if the power consumption isnt too bad.

Now they will only have to worry about producing millions of them (especially if consumption is lower than RU6), without neglecting the production of RU6 which will continue to sell well due to the fact that it is one of the very few R2Rs. Can't wait to have it on my desk next to little brother RU6...
Congratulations to Cayn!!! Well done!!!

Which technology is better in terms of SQ - r2r or 1bit? 🤔
I don't think it can all be reassembled with which one sounds better... the R2R has a peculiar sound... different from all the delta-sigma dacs which are 99% of the dacs on the market, while for the 1bit one it is only present in the N7 of the Cayin therefore even more exclusive. I don't know if the 1bit one is closer to a delta-sigma or to that of an R2R, but since it is a discrete component dac I think it is closer to the second. You should ask anyone who has compared the sound of an N6II-R01 to that of an N7.
