Not yet, but my VC's and Bokeh also sound incredible.

As a Mk1 owner with WE tubes, I think you'll be very happy with the Mk1. Tube rolling and burn-in of the WE 300Bs have gotten it to be quite quiet, but the volume pot is one downside to the Mk1 - for casual background listening, if you listen at low volumes, it only takes one or two steps before it's quite loud.

For the Atrium Closed, I go back and forth between the MKII and Bliss.

Thank you very much for your input. I am planning on keeping my DAC for now, which is a Benchmarc Dac 2 with Hybrid Gain Control. I can control the output volume quite precisely. Is there any drawback on doing that?

For me dac or pre volume control is the way to go. I keep my HA300 with the volume around 3 o clock.

I've heard them all, except the WA33 But never back to back or even on the same day or even with the same DACs feeding them all. So my thoughts are very personal.

The one thing I will say is they are all very equal in quality of sound. Not necessarily the same type of sound. But they are all on the upper-end of tube headphone amps.

I'm really interested to see if anyone A-Bd them but i know its hard to get big fire breathing amps together.

Well, if you find a situation where you see all 4 in one room where you can have all the time in the world to listen to them and tube roll let me know. I would consider buying a plane ticket to fly wherever this place is.

They are getting shipped from Florida, but with that big storm that hit the west coast now hitting the Midwest, I have a feeling my shipment will get delayed.

We noticed the headphone landscape has changed dramatically after we launched the HA-300, we noticed a lot of headphones are coming with 4.4mm connectors as default balanced cable, and the low impedance high sensitivity headphones are taking a more dominant role in the market, so we refined the original HA-300. On the other hand, Cayin never "sell" our original HA-300 users to upgrade their amplifier to HA-300MK2, and we want to explain ourselves explicitly.
