I have a conference to attend in Austin in early November, so I decided to attend CanJam Dallas. My fights and room are booked. Can't wait to see everyone again. I will try to listen to what I missed at CanJam Socal.

I haven't been to the Dallas location, but I can vouch for Terry Black's in Downtown Austin. It's great. The beef ribs are amazing.

I lived in San Antonio for some years and always enjoyed Rudy's brisket by the pound.

And Buc-ee's is something to experience as well if you have never been to one. Those are ginormous-Texas-sized convenience stores with good grab-and-go food.
