I have had and thoroughly enjoyed the sound of v-moda's M-80, XS, and crossfade wireless 2 (Especially my CW2). However, I have since moved to a place with a much hotter climate making over-ears uncomfortable. Can anyone recommend some quality IEMs with similar or better audio quality/sound profile, and a similar price range?

That's a much lower price point than any of the headphones I listed. Will it be able to approach them in terms of durability, build and audio quality? I'm looking for an IEM equivalent. Has technology advanced so far that the price has be driven down that low in comparison?

Please forgive the multi quote. I'm on mobile and its glitching.

For slammin’ bass and overall clarity, yes. IEMs are almost always easier to drive than on-ears or over-ears.
