thats quite interesting! Glad to see cfa re-releasing their phased out models.

Campfire Audio has released many budget options lately. I'm hoping to see a new hi end product. Not a revision but a new hi end product from the ground up. They have so many revisions you can't keep up with them. Lol

Honestly, after atlas ive stopped caring for cfa releases lol. I just love the darn thing!

If you love the Atlas, you owe it to yourself to checkout the Solaris if you haven't already. I takes the strengths of the Atlas and puts it in a more complete package (in my opinion of course).

I've kind of settled on CFA releases after the Andromeda Gold. I had a chance to compare the OG Solaris and Gold - for my tastes and wallet - there could only be one and the Gold really does a mighty fine job.

Someone guessed an Andromeda Gold in "Solaris" type colors as part of the multi-verse 7 day release. That might actually be pretty cool to see an Andromeda with a gold faceplate. I know that was a very minor complaint from a few people at the time of the Gold's release. I prefer the vintage black with subtle gold accents that it came with though.

I have an Andromeda Og and an Astell sr15 player. I would like to change the player to something much better that will not be humming with the andromeda. Can you have any suggestions that will be a big update?

Yeah - good catch! I would have loved the Gold to be in the same shell as the Ara. Ti is a real neat touch for the collector types. Ken always finds ways to share a little extra in ways that some may or may not agree with; I always think it's 'cool' - but the world is crazy.

Check out the Dorado 2020...It's my personal favorite CFA release and I've owned the Atlas, Andromeda and two different Solari. It's the pinnacle of their "fun and bassy" type tuning imho.
