Thanks man I'm super excited. I hope my memory of the 2020 is good enough to do a meaningful comparison. I'll have the Elysium and VE8 arriving later this month as well...perhaps another shootout is in order.

I'll have the MEST for about another week and a half...maybe a bit longer as I'm the last guy on the tour and they may let me extend my hold on them. If there's a chance of me having it on hand alongside the Andro that would be decent. That said the two are fundamentally different in their tuning philosophy so it's by no means an apples-apples comparison.
Will be interesting to see how they compare intangibly wise nonetheless, I don’t think that comparison has been done yet. Not that I’ve been keeping up to date with MEST reviews etc.

Yeah for sure. I'm curious to hear how my Solaris will sound in a couple days after having listened to nothing but the MEST for the last week or so.
I did some cross comparisons lost in the head-fi threads of Andromeda V1, V3 and V4(2020), Ara, Gold and then later at a bit with the MW10 (which were with another reviewer - and came at the tail end).
Andro V4(2020) is with another reviewer atm so no immediate impressions.
i can say that i always take the MW10 with me, and either the Andro V3(2019) or Andro Gold and one other IEM when i head out and about. - No stress as i have a back packand one of those handy DDhifi cases.
