im going. is there any point in bringing a fiio E9 E7 amp dac? its probably surpassed at this stage. i will bring senn 650 and sony mdr1r. its worth listening to the sonys cos they dont need to be amped and sound decent.  is it 12 till 5 or 10 till 5?

Bring the FiiO stuff, please. I'd like to compare those with my modded FiiO X3. Yesterday firmware allowing USB DAC function was released.

I will own the Hd800 in 2 weeks, its a pity i couldn't get it before the meet but there will be one or 2 their brought by sennheiser

Well, it is not original X3 anymore, I have both op-amps replaaced, but I'd love to hear what other people think about this.

im back from this. i was a bit rushed for time so had to leave early. was good to meet all the lads, they were a nice bunch! had a listen to some stuff, mainly the senn 800s and some other homemade stuff by fran which was excellent. i didnt listen to the gear as much as i would have wanted because i wanted to "pick brains". so was more interested in chatting than listening.
