Whats the best program out there thats free and can burn FLAC files into a normal CD?

Never got Burrrn to work but use Nero with an add on dll that I can't at the moment remember the name of. Found it via Google but it took a while.

I just tried Burrrn and failed to rip 96/24 tracks, it only seems to like 44.1hz tracks.

get cue file with proper/original silence spacing
offset the burner proper read/write settings
burn lowest speed

Audacity will export to .wav, is free, and is a superb editing program.
