I finally bought Benchmark DAC1 USB as my external usb sound card. However, removing the cover, I noticed two big capacitors are a little bumped on their caps. Is it the normal? Or should I RMA it? Really thanks.

How much? Can you take a pic? Typically, capacitor bump is NOT normal.

This has been posted before.  Logic says it's NOT a good thing, but some of the caps in the DAC1 do seem to bulge (Panasonic FK if I remember correctly).

That's not normal. Sounds like the capacitor plague where a bunch of bad ones were made from 1999-2007 or so. If you bought this new, bulging caps are unacceptable. I'd send it back.
