Haha, cetoole, I think you were the one who referred me to this forum. Remember me from OCF? Heh. I guess I'll place my order with DigiKey after I get my parents' credit card.

The assortment I referenced IS metal-film.

That said, you will get better parts for less money from Digikey, and they're the only place you can get the Panasonic pot. Order your resistors in multiples of 10 (and get BC 0.4W or Phoenix Passive) if you can (tho Digikey sems to be shying away from these for some unknown reason lately). Order a couple of pots and opamps, etc. to get your order to the magical $25 mark, then use USPS Priority shipping, for which they charge actual (i.e., $3.95 for up to 1 lb). Also use Pana FM electrolytics, and either BC or Pana film caps (but check the size first as most polypropylenes will be HUGE! use Tangent's recommendations here). I'd go 470uf for the electrolytics and 0.47uf for the film.

I'd also get a TL2426CLP railsplitter and use this instead of the voltage divider for the virtual ground... a drop-in replacement.

Haha, wow, Pars. Need to slow down there for the newbie. I'm currently thinking of sticking to the guide on tangent something.com, excpet I'll be using OPA2227 instead of what they suggest.

Hehe, sorry

Another thing you could do is look at this. Not to confuse you, but kinda one-stop shopping plus no ratshack board.
