So they finally died. I've owned 2 pairs of these over the last 10 years, and loved them (no matter how bad they sounded). They've always been my go to if I just needed something ultra portable and want music regardless of quality.
Anyway, I've decided after my time here on Head-Fi that since these finally died and I am without an ultra portable, I'll look for a good one this time around.
I listen to mainly Electronic music so fast bass is a must (they've got to keep up). Bass impact is something I look for as well, so a good seal is pretty important too.
Budget wise I'm looking for a super cheap solution immediately, and then anything around $200 later in the year.
Please for the love of god don't link the IEM shootout threads. I've been looking over them for quite sometime, but still feel overwhelmed. The Sunrise Xscape look pretty intriguing, but I know there's better options out there heading up to the $200 or so price range.
