I am speechless...
I lost two pairs of ER-4P... Went for a RE-0, didn't like it. Bought another pair...got it today in mail...

I switched to the shure oliver form, but I put the wrong size... Then when I try to remove it, i twisted it bit too hard...now, I broke it...

How can I get it fixed ?... :frowning2:  WANNA CRY...T_T

Check out their website, they explain the prices and everything. I believe to replace the driver (or whatever that tube is called lol) is $85. Unless yours are under warranty maybe they do it for free.

Glad to hear that your ER4 is back up and running!  Did I understand correctly that you used our new on-line RMA system to send the earphones in for service?  Just wondering how your experience was using that method and would be interested in your feedback.  If you prefer not to answer here, feel free to email me at r_carlson@etymotic.com
