I am speechless...
I lost two pairs of ER-4P... Went for a RE-0, didn't like it. Bought another pair...got it today in mail...
 
I switched to the shure oliver form, but I put the wrong size... Then when I try to remove it, i twisted it bit too hard...now, I broke it...
 
How can I get it fixed ?...   WANNA CRY...T_T

Check out their website, they explain the prices and everything. I believe to replace the driver (or whatever that tube is called lol) is $85. Unless yours are under warranty maybe they do it for free.

Somehow they fixed it for me for free...
 
The evaluation is :
Left pod stem is broken off at base and right pod stem is cracked at tip
 
Repair description:
Replaced pods
12/09/10: Warranty replace transucers ,replace filters and eartips

Awesome!  I am stoked you got them fixed, and thrilled that Ety did it for no cost.  Truly amazing.  The HF3's are seeming more and more like a good idea.
