There is a reason why.... The Bricasti guys are ex-Lexicon/Madrigal guys of which Levinson was part of too. That's why I bought a Levinson 37 CD transport. It matches great in sound and looks with the M1.

Also I had their preamp Nº326S on loan and it sounded great. Also very flexible.
 
Today got the M1 to compare with TotalDac, but will wait for the XLR switch to come.

I got new toy syndrome when I first got the reclocker.  Then I listen to it with this cheap Gustard U12 I have.  I didn't hear no difference at all.  So now I'm getting a Uptone Audio Regen at $175.

She's here (the M1)  She is just beautiful - Inside and out. As soon as I got it I took the top plate straight to my local powder coating company to get it powder coated black ( $20 bucks).  I didn't like the plain top.
 
I'll pick the finished product up in the morning..

Congrats on your M1! Let us know what do you think about it.
Is funny how we all have different taste. I really like the combination of natural aluminum and black. Same ting happens with sound that is why this hobby is so much fun and nobody can really speak in absolute terms.
