100+ Head-Fier
Hang on a minute though. If I remember correctly the case is achieving full charge. The case is what charges the buds so should be charging them to 100%.
Meh, they sound great.

as you can see not only users but even comply suggest TW-170A for pi8Why are people recommending the Comply TW-170-A for this TWS?
They absolutely do NOT fit. The nozzle of the Pi8 is too small for them.
$24 wasted based on recommendations by this community feels bad, man.
Only users who can't see they don't fit properly. Those of us who can have ditched them.as you can see not only users but even comply suggest TW-170A for pi8![]()
sorry but i am totally confused, as you can see in the screenshot in my previous post they recommend these tips for pi8. So are they compatible or not?Seen that. That's why I ordered them. They don't fit properly though so...

They suck for the Pi8. Look elsewhere, IMO.sorry but i am totally confused, as you can see in the screenshot in my previous post they recommend these tips for pi8. So are they compatible or not?
But the way the tips fit makes them LESS likely to stay in your ear because I makes the tips too short. They are compatible. The „manual“ on the package says that you have to push them firmly “past the initial resistance until the inner core is flush with the earphone”. So, they fit as intended. That does not mean that they “enhance the audio”. The design is called “True Grip” and most likely that is meant that these tips “stay in-ear-fit”. The connection is designed that they won’t stay in the ears, when you pull the earphone out. In that sense, they work well, but in my experience not in terms of comfort and sound quality improvement (which the Pi8 actually does not need).
They can be fitted if you jam them on but don't fit in such a way as to be of much use.sorry but i am totally confused, as you can see in the screenshot in my previous post they recommend these tips for pi8. So are they compatible or not?
I don’t think so. The resistance to put them on is so strong that you would never leave the ear tips in the ear, when you pull the PI8 out. I had tried some ear tips, I have from other ear phones, including Comply TX-200 and TX-500. They fitted much easier on the nozzle, but all of them too easily stayed in the ear, when I pulled the Pi8 out. So the issue is real, and from that point the TW-170-A are really, really safe. But the way the tips fit makes them LESS likely to stay in your ear because I makes the tips too short.
Horrible design all the way around.
Oh, that’s largely because they won’t grip your ear canal at all or form a seal.I don’t think so. i found awful sound with azla smr standard and pi8, great fit rubbish sound, stay with originals. Before I sent back my pi8, I tried regular sized Azla crystals and regular sized spiral dots. They both sort of fit, but will come off in your ear and make them sound bad. I also tried the azla crystals for tws and while these snapped on nicely and stayed, they sit too short and sound awful like the others. Kind like they weren’t getting a good enough seal.
Yeah, the originals seem to be the only option right now. I’m sure someone will come out with something in the future.i found awful sound with azla smr standard and pi8, great fit rubbish sound, stay with originals.
