what is the difference between the b200 vs the b320? is the b200 means it is 200 ohm also?

Blox B160 arrived this morning! The source I use is LG V10.

No time for a thorough test, but right off the bat they do have a very unique sound! Not huge amount of bass, and don't respond to EQ very well. the mids and treble have very good resolution. I wouldn't call them warm sounding but acoustic music sounds spot on  These are not all rounders. I don't have my TY HP650's with me for comparison, but there's not much overlap between the two in terms of sound signature, which I don't mind. The build quality is nice. I'm not sure if the hardware - plug, y connector and cable is any nice than the $10 DIY earbuds posted in a different thread.

How is the Bass Compared to the Monk+ More or Less. Some people say Monk+ are Bassy, some say they aren't.

Thanks

You'd be a fool to buy a Blox for the bass.

(it's less)

This morning I was listening to Childish Gambino and Drake with the B180.  The mids were a little thin and the treble crisp, I actually enjoyed it, but I highly doubt it sounded as intended.

I've managed to stay off the earbud bandwagon since 11/11 last year (admittedly not a very big accomplishment : ), but now I'm getting a bit too curious (especially since I've never had the chance to listen to anything from Blox). Could anyone tell me how it's shipped? Is it like most Ali sellers who will mark it with a low price, or am I looking at customs fees and sales tax on top of the USD 72?

My B320 were marked "value 4 USD" on the parcel.

Same here, Blox is good about taxing. I noticed that, even though here in the good ol' us of a you don't get import taxed unless the value is like several thousands.

Well, we don't pay import taxes when the value is below $130, but should always calculate for an additional 25% VAT on all stuff bought from outside of the EU that have a total value above $20. So when a seller only offers a $40 EMS service for shipping, we actually end up paying $50 for just the shipping if the parcel arrives when they are having a slow day at the Swedish customs.

I'm starting to think that the B160 needs amping to shine. My LG V10 is adequate, but just barely. Some songs require 80%+ volume, so likely missing the sweet spot. I listen to music at moderate volume levels. The TY HP650, in comparison is higher Ohm, but much easier to drive than the B160. The Clip+ - can't drive the B160 adequately. Hopefully someone with the proper amping can share their experience.

After a few days with the B160, sadly my budget buds don't cut it, when listening to well produced music. For example, the Sony 808+ is still an amazing value, but veiled and dampened compared to the B160. I put the B160 in the same class as the TY HP650 (SQ, not build, cable, jack etc.). Im not a gamer, but probably good for gaming since it has 3d sound. Difficult to explain but I know when I hear it.
