I did say "practically any reasonable film cap", not every random one. I was personally never the biggest fan of the Wima MKS for coupling and do prefer BG NX to it, but when you compare to something like the Sonicap Gen 1, there is no competition. Price isn't that different, but WOW do they sound better. I have also gone totally obsessed with Sprague Vitamin Q lately and have tried to use them all over the place, huge but so nice.

For coupling, definitely great, but size really limits their practicality as outputs.

Forget losing a PCI slot. How about losing the entire PC case to make room for a bunch of 1uF and 2uF teflon caps?
