Out of curiousity, do some of the vendors have good BF deals on the headphones/amps we crave? Any big name vendors like Amazon & such? Where would I find such deals if they exist? Thanks!

I doubt it since high end headphones are not really a major market for retailers.  At least in the past years I couldn't find any good deals.

I know that Amazon does BF/CB but basically they do that most of thanksgiving week and it is kind of random so you got to keep tabs on things that you might want to buy in case it goes on sale. I'm not sure about third party sellers on amazon though

The best black Friday deal I ever got was two years ago when Bing cashback on ebay was raised to 30%. I ended up with new akg k701 for $170 and a little dot mkv for $203. Sadly Bing cashback was canceled a few months ago.

The best thing to do is keep an eye on Head-Fi (specifically the Sponsor Announcements forum) and the Web sites of the MOTs (linked on the right side on most pages). Last year, for example, HeadAmp advertised 20% off the Pico DAC, with a mention both on Head-Fi and on headamp.com.
