I quite liked my friends 1993 GSX-R 1100 until he took me for a ride on the back of it at 140 mph or so. Scared the bejesus out of me. I was wearing a business suit and an open face helmet. Not a lot of fun. I was mad at him for a long time after that lil stunt. it's not like you can just get off at those speeds.. I miss my little Honda met-In scooter that got nicked.. that was fun in the summer.

Not the sexiest bike, but my commute for over a year was about 65 miles each way. 14 months, 40,000 miles, 3 sets of tires, 10 oil changes, 0 tune ups and still going strong.

bike fun >>>>>>>>>>>>> convertible fun IMO!

there is some very different behaviour btw toronto sport bikers and quebec sport bikers.

Im in Toronto for 4 years and all toronto sport bikers are show off cowards who only knows how to resist the heat and flash their thick leather jackets.

I was in quebec for 48 hours and I spotted 2 bikers on different days doing something amazing. As they were merging into the highway, they lifted their bike all the way till they reach the left lane before they put the bike back on the road. Truely awesome and thats what i call a biker.

so let me get this straight. they carried their bikes over to the left lane, set them down, and rode off?

Um; probably the Triumph Trident I bought back in late '73.

Yeah; I think so for sure.

....I still have it and it still looks great and still runs quite well!

A few dream bikes....
Harley%20XLCR%201000%20Café%20Racer.jpg

The Harley-Davidson XLCR 'Cafe Racer'. Even if I owned one I would never ride it..... I simply won't 'eat bitter'
enough to want to ride an Ironhead POS. But it does look cool.
20696_0_1_2_v11%20le%20mans%20nero%20corsa_Image%20credits%20-%20Moto%20Guzzi.jpg

The Moto-Guzzi V11 leMans Nero Corsa limited edition. Hard to find now.
Ural-gear-up_Attack.jpg

The Ural sidehack. Simply awesome (I'll even take a ChengJiang knockoff).

Those are all nice collector and 'sunny day' rides, but if I were buying a new bike to ride....

Yamaha Royal Star Tour Deluxe, black & red. V4 with cruise control.

I think he meant that the squids wheelied across 4 lanes of traffic. All the more reason canadians should be sterilized at birth.
