so fellow Xelento owners... Whats your Tips of choice?
I haven't found a good fit yet, and I own all the popular eartips (just about every SpitFit model, two models of Symbio, several sizes of JVC SpiralDots, Final Audio, etc). For all my other IEMs, the medium sizes of the various eartips listed work very well, but the Xelento have a much shallower insertion so these eartips either don't provide a good seal or they gradually lose the seal.
I'll have to try the stock tips in various sizes again to try to find one that fits well.
I notice the 'fit' issues as well; when I pull the IEM's out a little, I get better sound? Maybe deep insertion isn't the best?I haven't found a good fit yet, and I own all the popular eartips (just about every SpitFit model, two models of Symbio, several sizes of JVC SpiralDots, Final Audio, etc). I've always had too have the right and left switched. It's actually a very comfy fit that way. Try it out.

I think I've put the Stock Tips in the wrong way, After reading the Quick Start Guide The Stock Tip works well. Very Comfy too.

Can anyone tell me how the Xelento's frequency repsonse behaves with a higher output impedance source? I am debating a Topping A30 amp (not solely for the Xelentos), but it has an output impedance of 10 Ohms or even 30 Ohms on its to headphone ports.

The Xelento's impedance curve is basically flat, so you aren't going to shift the FR with a higher output impedance from your sourceCan anyone tell me how the Xelento's frequency repsonse behaves with a higher output impedance source? Hi all!
Good day!
I would like to ask,for those who are using the wireless BT dongle, may I ask whether do you get up to 8 hours of playback or standby time?

What are the stock silicone tips on the Xelento like, actually? I've heard recommendations for these from several others, but have always been worried about the fit, and I generally haven't had much luck with tip-rolling in the past so bad tips would stop me from getting these.
I don't like the silicones that came with the Xelentos but I like using the symbio peeled and the silicones that came with my Andromedes. The default silicone dont seal well for me.What are the stock silicone tips on the Xelento like, actually? Interesting, guess I'll have to prepare for tip-rolling if I ever try these. Do you prefer the Symbio peeled or Andromeda silicones, though? I have some Campfire stock tips that I could bring to any demos, would be neat if they work really well on Xelento.I don't like the silicones that came with the Xelentos but I like using the symbio peeled and the silicones that came with my Andromedes. Honestly, I have experimented a lot with tip rolling, and I do not think any one is 'better'; they just have different sound signatures. I can easily go 1 week with Comply Ts-500, then get tired of the sound and put on the silicone instead (not sure of the brand, Andros came with 2 types of silicone), and listen to those for a week or 2, then go to Delkoni bullets, or marshmallows...Interesting, guess I'll have to prepare for tip-rolling if I ever try these. I just took off the comply and put on the symbio peeled, and there is more bass and slam with silicone! Now I put on the Andro silicone (the one without the light-grey center) and the treble and mids are more emphasized...Now i put in the silicones with the grey center, and they have a mix of bass and good treble, but a little closed in-less soundstage, but more intimate, slamming sound... See, for me there is no better or worse, they are just different...Interesting, guess I'll have to prepare for tip-rolling if I ever try these.
