I can't tell from the picture, but if they are the ones that came in the original package, they are not analytical. First, if you want to taste a bit of analytical, remove the inside foam with the stock pads.
I have this one, is it analytic ?

I bought a pair last week. As they burn in, the midrange and treble are opening up.
And I found that the position of ears inside the earcups changed the sound drastically.
Possibly due to the angled and off-centered drivers.
When I position my ears forward in the earcups, the midrange comes closer and they sound much more balanced.
Especially bass guitar sounds so growly and punchy.
Otherwise everything gets so muddy and booming.
I don't like my dt880 for being sibilant and boring at the same time but T1s give me no ear fatigue and satisfying bass impact.
Could you compare them with DT1990 Pro analytic / balanced pads or Amiron home?

Sorry I haven't tried them. I heard 1990's treble is quite aggressive and that scares me.Could you compare them with DT1990 Pro analytic / balanced pads or Amiron home?

By the way, T1's cable is said to have proprietary beyerdynamic locking mechanism, but the headphone side 3.5mm jacks just slide in and out.
There is no locking.
What's happening here?

Never read that before, it just has a little lip on the plug which gives a tactile feeling it's in fully. As long as the plugs are slim enough they will fit.By the way, T1's cable is said to have proprietary beyerdynamic locking mechanism, but the headphone side 3.5mm jacks just slide in and out.

It is written in the description from the link above. It doesn't look so 'proprietary' though. lol

It’s just a small edge that help keep the plug in place. Any slim plug should work as well.
