I am looking forward to getting my paws on these. I love the DT1990, but I want to use the XLR and 2.5mm balanced cable from T1 with Amiron Home, can't use them on DT1990.

Great review! So we have another player in the midrange I'm aiming to. I'll try to find the Amiron around to compare with both DT1990 Pro and HE560 by myself.
 
699$ is a pretty good deal for the Hifiman.

Would you say T90 was V-shaped compared to Amiron? Whenever they try to tame highs, they sacrifice sound stage. It happened in HD800S and T1.2. Are we dealing with the same situation here?
