Need recommendations for best sub-$100 USB headphone amp/DAC to match best ~$100 headphones, taking into account driving capability/matching. Prices may be for used. Under $100 for each is target.

ALready have a HiFiMan 101
Prefer USB HP amp/DAC to have physical rotary volume dial. Nice to have SPDIF input(s)/outputs and fixed RCA outs of course. Again, DAC may be used/refurb to fall under $100
