Best USB DAC/amp for 250$ or less, D3 ,Dragonfly or something else?

If you can find a used Audio-GD NFB 12.0 for under 200, that would be a good choice, otherwise the NFB15.32 is under $250 but that does not include the shipping,But currently they are back ordered til march unless audio-gd make enough before then, so you have to hope you see one in the F/S or ebay.

AQDF 1.2 is your best bet if you don't need a super powerful amp.
