CDs for me, most of which have been ripped by EAC into WAV files. I recently grabbed my Dad's old turntable and it also sounds quite nice (and it's certainly not a high-end table), but that's probably not the answer you're looking for.
CDs (or hybrid SACDs) ripped with EAC or cdparanoia.
Linn's Studio Master FLACs and Magnatune's lossless tracks are good, but suffer from lack of choice.
Disc format, all the way, though lately I've been buying a lot of my music on iTunes. I know, a few more dollars will get uncompressed files and backups forever, but convenience is becoming more of a necessity. At least there's distributors like Linn Records
