I don't think there is aptx hd for most of chinese phones except oneplus 3,5 so there is no any suggestion given your need.

With vibe x3 only stock player are capable of using the saber dac with proper sampling rates. According to logs there is not a single third party app that can take full control over the saber dac and sampling rates, you will only get 48khz signal to the saber dac with anything else than stock player if even that. Neither poweramp nor neutron support our device.

Glad i got the phone on launch. I sometimes feel my dx80 is missing hiss sound or treble but vibe x3 gives me the much needed hiss sound.

Loved the sound of my vibe x3, still do. Though haven't listened to it trough headphones for some while, since x7 mk2 is just in another league all together. One thing I m sure, I'll never sell mine or replace it.

Meizu pro 7 is a great device. Fantastic for the Chinese price. What prevent me to get it is lack of microsd and average camera vs totl.

Unfortunately no, one has to search for it on xda or elsewhere, best version so far is 2,4 something.

I was torn between the Rockbox'ed Xduoo X3 and a phone with an inbuilt DAC until I saw a coupon sale at Gearbest for the ZTE Axon 7 Mini for $126.

Loving it, except it comes with the EU version firmware, which limits the volume available. It usually gets louder than I would ever listen to, except for one set of open back cans I have that need a bit more juice to be driven to the 'way too loud' level.

Still very happy with my purchase after a month...
