For reasonable price, Would recommend either V20 or G6 to you. G6 is a brighter/more clarity version of V20.

Is there a difference on region versions for the G6.
Other day I noiticed is smaller than I expected, and I'm now considering it.

G6 should be same spec to all region.
Its size is 5.7" but thanks to screen body ratio, it makes smaller than other devices.

Depends on IEM used. If you use U12 which has good bass already, G6 is quite better match than V20 thanks to transparency and not overpower bass.

If you use airy, not bassy IEM like UE900, you need V20 to add up bass body.

If you are bass-head or bass-centric. You will find G6 drastically lacks bass.
But anyway, IEM needs to take into account.

I love that. I was looking at dimensions of the V30 in comparison to my G5 and the size difference is just mm! Very cool..

I can't wait for you to test the V30 and compare to the V20. I think the V20 will be a great value due to the new model launch.
However, if you find a MAJOR improvement with the new model, I might have to revise my thinking.

Interesting! I am very interested in the improved camera implementation in the V30 (larger aperture, glass lens, > mpx for the wide lens - which is REALLY fun), as I used my phone a lot for photography (LG does a nice job with this). I had never thought it might also work for audio. I have the regular cable for 3.5mm connection to my Onkyo and and an ImpactAudio balanced 2.5mm cable.

Yes there is. Asians regions will get quad dac version same as the v20 whereas american regions will get plain SD dac with wireless charging.

Thats what I thought, European version doesn't have Quad-DAC aswell?

Only the Asian versions by default have the Quad DAC.

The G6+ will come with the Quad DAC for all regions that its to be made available for.
