I've been considering the Incipio NX-100 f38, Panasonic RP-HTX7, Panasonic RP-HTF600-S, JVC HARX700, Audio-Technica ATH-M30, and Koss pro DJ100. Which of those is best in terms of comfort and sound quality? If you have any other suggestions, feel free to mention them.

Those are not comfortable. Not unless you mod them.

I*ve heard/owned all of the mentioned above except dj100, I recommend Takstar HI2050.

Creative Aurvana Live! - a bit over 50$ as warehouse deal at Amazon, but worth it. Sweet sound and very comfortable to wear.

The Monoprice headphones are a great deal. I do not find them to be uncomfortable as long as I remove my glasses if I intend to listen for more than half an hour.

They also seem initially to my ears to be a bit "hollow," meaning midrange is a bit weak. Maybe this is the baffling, maybe this is just my ears. But I do get used to the sound to the point it's no longer annoying after a few minutes.

They're a good deal...

The Sony MDR XD-150 has crazy good soundstage for its price.  Also, it's very light and comfortable.  Just don't expect any isolation, even though they're closed cans.
