Best looking games thread

I'm playing this currently in super ultrawide. I have a 4070ti/5800x3d combo and I'm still maxing this game out at 143fps. (I turned off ray tracing but everything else is set to its highest value, except I'm not using their tech for ambient occlusion) And yeah, it is a real beauty.
I have the same card! I got it due to hype that it performs slightly better than the 3090, and it's been rock solid. Except, the ray tracing performance is disappointing. It takes huge toll on it's performance. I like the DLSS3 and frame generation features to increase fps. I'm just scared of how much ram the newer AAA titles utilize, and 4070ti being only 12gigs gets concerning.

It's unfortunate that I can't use raytracing in this game. The difference in fidelity is so obvious between 2160p and 1440p. 2160p is just so detailed! Visuals are outstanding! Maybe with more patching I can run 4k with raytracing some day.

I'm currently using LG C2, and the picture seems to be much clearer than my old B6.

Looking at all these great looking games in this thread, if I were to do it all over again, I would go with a 4090 to max out everything! Game fidelity is ridiculous these days.

Divison 2 attention to details never cease to amaze me.

After putting some significant time into Cyberpunk with path tracing RT, I'm convinced nothing is going to top it for a while. Seeing the way bright lights organically light up the environment is awe-inspiring.

Path Tracing looks amazing on Cyberpunk 2077 but we must still acknowledge it as an experimental feature by Nvidia as Path Tracing introduces tons of ghosting on monitors and other visual glitches. I know it will improve overtime though, and more games will adopt this technology.

Yeah, but for today, the fact that Cyberpunk can take advantage of it is great. And with that... the game looks great. That's the point

It's true that it's not perfect, but to me it's easier to nitpick traditionally rendered games: nothing is lit right, many materials are just faulty looking, and all the little faults when put together make entire scenes look wrong.

Path tracing just ties everything together. I'm really hoping AMD will lean more into RT and AI acceleration to match Nvidia, because anyone with an AMD card or console are missing out big time.

Wow, I'm just so amazed how this game improved over time. I think the latest Nvidia driver combined with v1.1.0.0+ was when the graphics got to look amazing on PC. It's amazing looking! You will not see such level of detail on any other game. Between this and Demon's Souls remake are the best I've ever seen so far. Cutscene animations really blew me away during the capital building scene. Jesus christ! You will not see such quality level of details in the animation anywhere else, and I do not care for the janky animations of Cyberpunk. I know when I see something that is done well. Sony studios do some amazing work. I will say it again, look at the amount of details! You can tell there's a lot of work done by artists in rendering the scenes. This is why it looks so good. That's not all. Look at the way the water leaks in various spots. That is a lot of attention to details in observation. Displaying how water leaks as shown is done by people that are very observant.

Cyberpunk really showcases their artistic talent and vision in Phantom Liberty without dated hardware of previous gen consoles holding it back. Even interiors feel more live-action likephotomode_12112023_014956.png

It's frustrating to me that AMD isn't leaning more heavily into ray tracing. It's creating a positive feedback loop where developers are using mediocre RT to accommodate for poor RT performance on AMD, then people see that it's not much of an improvement over rasterized lighting and write RT off as a fad.

Path tracing is some serious next-level stuff, and I might even recommend people sacrifice 60 FPS for it. Screenshots capture some of the magic, but to fully appreciate it you have to see it in motion.

Windows 11 spatial sound setting is not too shabby either with Cyberpunk 2077. I can hear the dialogues much better and it has better balance.

It's crazy how much this game has changed since version 1.6 when I played it on the PS5. I'm almost finished with the Phantom Liberty DLC.

And also I like casino games because they are usually very colorful, with nice animation and it's just pleasant and funny to play. Of course, it all depends on the site because not each is quality and offers good games. But if someone here is into gambling, I can recommend this site https://gamblizard.ca/best-canadian-online-casinos/casino-payment-options/interac-casinos/ where you can read about a few the best casinos which use Interac, and I think such information will for sure help to find a good site with amazing games.
This game is really cool, the plot, the graphics. I've been playing it a lot.
And I also really like the last Outlast, pretty quality game

I think the art style of Bloodborne is really great. The Blood Moon, towering Victorian-era stone buildings, the night and eternal darkness, neoGothic cathedrals—combined these elements really give Bloodborne a very unique atmosphere. I love that feeling (even though they're not high-fidelity in terms of graphics)

I just bought an XFX Merc (AMD) 79000 XT Black, and it's a massive improvement over my old Vega R VII card, and so the game looks much better. I need to find a good guide on getting the best visuals out of the game with a 7900 XT card.
