I would say the PL21 from dealperfect. I like them more than the PL30. Others might or might not second that after they get them and burn them in.

I bought PL30's for my sons in place of the stock buds on their dap's and for the price they are surprisingly good and miles better than most stock buds.

Haven't gotten my PL21 yet (USPS has successfully ignored 3 redelivery requests) so I can't say yay or nay to that, but I don't think you'd go wrong with either.

I feel the only thing the PL30 does well and better than the KE29S is instrument seapration. Apart from that, I feel the KE29S is a better choice for sub 20 Quid.
