might be ivipQ V15? Seem nice, but another "Large" that's a measly 13mm.. Argh!
Hello fellow large ear canals owner.

I also have issues with short nozzled IEMs where not even the L size seals properly, especially in my left ear canal which seems to be slightly larger.

So, I just went through this with the Rex5. After trying about 10, here are the ones that worked.

- AEX70 - I went with these for the Rex5 and Beoplay Elevens.
- Eletech Baroques
- Dunu S&S - a little longer, but they were the most comfortable.

Other people had luck with the Divinus Velvet Wide Bore. I did not

Ahh, the curse, the curse! I've got big earholes, AND they're sensitive so deep inserts are a no-no for me, holy cow.
I've had some good comfort, lately, with EPZ M100s (the L is 14.5mm), AZLA Xelastecs 2, Crystals 2 and Origins, and I'm eagerly awaiting for the Divinus Prisms, perhaps the more "mushroomy" shape will help!

Edit-addition: Lately I'm using this Isomar liquid (it's called that in Italy), it's basically treated sea water used for unplugging stuffed noses and ears. It's really good ad drying up a bit the ears, you can either spray it in, or just a few drops on a QTip, and it really works wonders for my gooey ears! If you can find anything similar, I'd wholeheartedly suggest it!

It is a shame but choosing ear tips is basically trial and error. I know I need larger sizes and wider bores. But it's not just the tips but a function of the IEMs being used

Totally. I'm also in Large Ear Hole Gang (I generally need tips >14mm). But the tips that work for me are almost none of the above mentioned by others who also have massive ear canals. Far and away the tips most likely to work for me are the Final Type E, followed distantly by things like Tri Clarion, JVC Spiral Dot, and Divinus Wild Boars (aka, Wide Bores).

I am/was a huge JVC Spiral Dots Fan. Maybe at some time I will try the updated version. But then again we wide bore types can also experiment with Penon Liqueurs or Divinus Wide Boars (or wild boards).

Penon EP01 wide boars are also nice. I find a much better fit vs Velvets for me but very similar sound.

I've never been able to get the Penon Liqueur to fit right. They always push themselves out pretty quickly. I've even tried smaller sizes. Same thing. Just goes to show how personal ear tips are!

I felt like my ear skin was being exfoliated every time I removed them. Made the skin very irritated.

Eletech Baroque. I use them with most of my IEMs. Couple of long hours listening, no problem. The comfort level is top notch.

Divinus Velvet/ Wide Bore for very specific IEMs. Sounds great but it's a nightmare trying to fit them on IEMs with larger nozzles as the tips of the canal are pretty damn tight.

Also, unrelated but if you have a few minutes, would appreciate it if you could help with this survey (regarding IEM cases). Thanks!
