I’ve not done this but people have even speculated dropping a spot of super-glue on to hold the tips on. I’ve only left the house one time with them and it was an issue, though I use super soft Sony Hybrid Tips.

I've read a lot about a first pair of IEMs having an adjustment period. I've just bought my first pair after using AKG K701 for 12 years, and I have had little adjustment period. [the AKGs are all I have to compare with, not other IEMs] They're the Campfire Audio Comet at $199. The 3.5mm cable is very good, and their tuning varies greatly depending on tips. With foam, you can go total basshead (IMO). Silicon is much more neutral. I'm going to try some Comply Comfort tips soon.

Also, my Cayin player got confused by the stock cable's in-line microphone signal and wouldn't work, so Campfire support kindly swapped it for a non-mic cable.
