Even though it seems this question has been asked way too many times, I do not seem find the the right Earphones.  I am a bass head who listens to mostly Drum and Bass, Dubstep, Rock, and Metal(Occasionally Hip Pop).

I want Earphones with somewhat heavy bass without drowning out any other sounds or vocals.Certainly, more bass than my Sony MDR-XB40EX. Most importantly, under $200(150-200).Comfort is not too much of a concern, seeing that the MDR-XB40EX are not too comfortable but comfort would be nice.

P.S I am new to the Forums after scouting it for a few days. It seems like a friendly, trusted place.
EDIT:I was previously recommended Creative Labs Aurvana In-Ear3 and Ultimate Ears TripleFi 10 but I can't confirm.

Sony MDR-XB40EX
Sony MDR-J10/BLUE

Try some Brainwavz M2's.  I love them and they, to me, are just a tad bass emphasized.
$60

Highly recommended and known for good bass emphasis
Beyerdynamic-DTX-101
$85

Or another great pick would be:
Monster Turbine
$129

These I have all heard and would stand by as being just what you wish for.

in all honesty, any of monster's turbines, most of which you can get pretty cheap refurbished.

Hands down the vsonic gr07. They are a great set of reference monitors and value for the money. The drums are the best that I have heard. Check out the gr07 appreciation thread.

DBA-02 is definitely not the best bass earphones under $200. It is bass-light compared to many earphones and it has a touch of roll off too.

I second the Atrio or the Radius DDM too.

Well for me it's pretty bass emphasized also having the rest of the lows, mids etc valuably present and accurate. How does the Radius DDM or Atrio compare to the IE8 in terms of bass?

If you live in the US, Best Buy currently has the Miles Davis Tribute for slightly less than $200.
