Completing the "celebrity" death threesome, Tom Snyder died of Leukemia today. Oddly enough, NPR's mentions of Snyder and Bergman's deaths always listed Snyder first. Go figure.

If I remember correctly, they used to be fairly adventurous when it came to having musicians on the show - I think they were one of the only TV shows to have the Pistols on when they came to the US.
